Unfortunately, our four outdoor courts may be affected by adverse weather. This business respects your rights to cancel and is committed to guaranteeing your game, provided cold temperatures, heavy rain, and/or strong wind does prevent play.

It is recommended that during play in cold weather, that players ensure to warm-up before a game.

WEATHER CANCELATION POLICY

At The Padel Club NZ, we understand that weather can be unpredictable and may affect your scheduled padel games. Our policy aims to be fair to all members while allowing for flexibility in the case of adverse weather conditions.

Cancellation Window:

Bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund into your virtual wallet

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled game time will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of weather disruption as detailed below.

Weather Disruptions:

If the weather at the time of your scheduled game is deemed to disrupt play (e.g. heavy rain, lightening, high winds), you may cancel your booking without penalty.

The decision to cancel due to weather conditions is at the discretion of the club management. We will assess the weather using reliable forecasts and real-time observations.
