The Padel Club NZ Ltd and its related companies and affiliates (we, us, our) are committed to respecting your privacy. Personal Information means information about an identifiable individual e.g. your name and contact details. We will always collect, store, use and disclose your Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (Privacy Act). This privacy policy should be read alongside, and in addition to, our Club Terms and Conditions & Website Terms and Conditions.
However, we have also put in place the following Privacy Policy to protect your Personal Information when you submit, or we collect, that information – including via our Online Services, such as:
information offered on, and provided by our website (Website) or app (The Padel Club NZ);
social media pages, including Facebook and Instagram; email communications and subscription services; and Wi-Fi services, including communication via wireless networks.
By providing us with your Personal Information and/or using our Online Services, you consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, and will notify you of any changes by posting an updated version on our website. It is your responsibility to check this Privacy Policy periodically for changes.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Information you provide
You may give us Personal Information about yourself, such as your name, address, email address and telephone number and credit card information when, for example, you contact us via our Online Services by registering on our Website or App, or order goods from our Website.

We do not sell, trade or rent your Personal Information to others.
However, we may use other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as delivering packages, sending mail and emails and processing payments. EMAIL AND TEXT COMMUNICATIONS
We are committed to complying with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.
By subscribing to emails and/or text communications, or otherwise providing your email address and/or mobile number, you consent to receiving emails and/or texts (as the case may be) which promote and market our products and services, or the products and services of others, from time to time.
You can unsubscribe from our email communications and/or text communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any promotional or marketing email or text received
Once you have unsubscribed from the email or text communications, you will be removed from the corresponding marketing list as soon as is reasonably practicable.
The Padel Club NZ operate a Whatsapp Community and subsequent groups for players to communicate socially. You can join, or get added to groups and broadcast lists, for The Padel Club NZ, and as such groups and lists will get associated with your account information.
By joining these groups or lists, you are giving The Padel Club NZ and other members of the Groups or Lists, access to your personal phone number, profile picture and status. Being part of these groups or lists, means that you have accepted the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
You are able to remove yourself, or request to be removed, from The Padel Club’s groups or lists at any time. The Padel Club NZ has the right to remove any player who is not adhering to the Community’s Groups or lists acceptable behaviour.
The Padel Club NZ accepts no responsibility and/or liability for any scam or phishing attempts by external parties, and strongly advise to delete any such messages. We do not encourage the wider sharing of this Group or List invitation, and request that if you wish to add a player, that you contact The Padel Club NZ at info@thepadelclub.co.nz or calling us on +64 20 4062 6893
SOCIAL MEDIA
The Padel Club NZ reserve the right to use videography and/or photography on the premises, included but not limited to, the courts and spectator areas. By booking a court at The Padel Club NZ, you are accepting the terms of use and privacy policy. If you do not want to feature on our social media channels, please make the team aware of your decision, verbally or by emailing info@thepadelclub.co.nz.
HOW YOU CAN REQUEST ACCESS OR CORRECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may request access to the information we hold about you, or request that we update or correct any Personal Information we hold about you, by setting out your request in writing and sending it to us at info@thepadelclub.co.nz or calling us on +64 20 4062 6893
We will review your request as soon as reasonably practicable. If we are unable to give you access to the information you have requested, we will give you reasons for this decision when we respond to your request.

We will respond as quickly as possible (our target response is 20 working days) and handle all complaints in a way that is fair and consistent. However, if you remain dissatisfied, you can make a formal complaint with Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
GENERAL
You may not transfer any of your rights under this privacy policy to any other person. We may transfer our rights under this privacy policy where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of this privacy policy (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of this privacy policy will not be affected.

The Padel Club NZ reserves the right to change this privacy policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the Website and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the privacy policy on your first use of the Website following the alterations.
