Everyone's Sport Addictive. Social. Fitness.

Padel is the fastest growing sport in the world.

A dynamic sport blending the finest elements of tennis and squash, to create something even more spectacular.

More laughter, more adrenaline, more camaraderie - it's a game-changer!

The Game.

Padel is predominantly a doubles game with a similar scoring system as tennis, played on an astroturf court, a third of the size of a tennis court. It is enclosed on all sides by fencing at the sides and glass walls at the rear. The game will start with an underarm serve and shots can be played off the walls, allowing for longer rallies and creating a competitive and exciting game.

It’s a great sport for players of all ages and skills, as it is both quick and easy to pick up and yet hard to master. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, you can enjoy the game from the get-go. At the same time, the challenge of reaching mastery keeps you motivated to keep improving.

Padel is not dominated by strength and serve and therefore is an ideal game for men, women and youths to compete together. Points are won by strategy rather than by sheer strength and power.

Padel fosters a sense of community. It encourages socialisation and meeting new friends. It is a great cardio workout and promotes fitness and well-being.

The Courts.

A Padel court is 20 metres long by 10 metres wide and is surrounded by fencing at the sides and glass walls at the rear. Similar to squash, the ball can bounce off the walls and remain in play. The smaller court allows for people of all ages and fitness levels to be able to compete at a competitive level and makes for a fast paced and exciting game to watch. Interestingly, up to three Padel courts can be accommodated within a single tennis court!

The Equipment.

Padel rackets are made of carbon fibre or fibreglass and are shorter than other rackets. They are also stringless, which makes it easier to control your shot.

Padel balls are similar to tennis balls, but they have less pressure which allows for a better bounce and longer rallies.
