By entering or using the facilities of The Padel Club NZ Ltd (“The Club”), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Participation in activities at The Club involves inherent risks, including injury or death. You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for these risks and agree to use the facilities at your own discretion.

By using The Club's facilities, you:

• Voluntarily assume all associated risks.
   
• Release The Club, its employees, directors, contractors, and affiliates from any liability arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
   
• Agree to indemnify The Club against any claims or legal actions resulting from your conduct or that of your guests or linked players.
   
• Accept responsibility for any damage caused to Club property or equipment through negligence.
   
• Understand that this waiver remains in effect indefinitely unless superseded in writing.
   

In the event of a medical emergency, you authorise The Club to arrange treatment and/or transportation. All related costs will be your responsibility.

Club staff may act in your best interest during emergencies or incidents.

You confirm that you are in good physical health. If you are pregnant, managing a medical condition, or new to exercise, you should consult a healthcare provider before participating in any activities.

Pregnant individuals should prioritise the health of both themselves and their unborn child. Medical advice is strongly recommended before engaging in physical activity at The Club.

You are responsible for your personal belongings. The Club is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

CCTV cameras operate across the premises for safety and security. By entering, you acknowledge that you may be recorded.

The Club reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person at its sole discretion, especially in cases of policy breaches.

All individuals associated with a booking are jointly responsible for:

• Payment of booking and any additional activities.
   
• Compliance with all Club rules.
   
• Communicating any changes or cancellations.
   

Children are welcome but must behave appropriately. Persistent misbehaviour may result in temporary suspension or banning following due process. Children under 12 must be supervised unless participating in a supervised Club activity.

Guests are permitted but must be accompanied by the hosting member/player, who is responsible for ensuring they follow all Club rules.

• All court bookings must be made and paid through the TPC Matchpoint App.
   
• Bookings are subject to availability and Club scheduling.
   

• Maximum 14-day advance booking window.
   
• Maximum of 12 active bookings per player.
   
• Limit of 3 bookings per day.
   

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are refunded to your virtual wallet.
   
• Refunds may also be provided under the Club’s Weather Policy.
   

• The Club may adjust court fees with notice via the website or app.
   

• All players and guests must adhere to Club policies.
   
• Abuse of staff or other members—whether verbal or physical—will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.
   

Policy breaches may lead to temporary restrictions, suspension, or permanent banning, following investigation.

Concerns should be raised with a staff member. Unresolved issues can be escalated to the Club Manager or CEO.

• Follow all signage and safety instructions.
   
• Smoking and vaping are not allowed on Club grounds.
   
• Appropriate court footwear is required.
   

• Dogs must be on a lead, well-behaved, and not left unattended for extended periods.
   
• Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
   

• Parking is at your own risk and permitted only while using Club facilities.
   

• Unclaimed items may be donated. The Club is not liable for any lost items.
   

• Only food and beverages purchased on-site may be consumed within Club areas.
   

• Personal photography or video recording must respect others’ privacy.
   
• Consent is required before photographing or recording others.
   
• Filming children other than your own is prohibited.
   

The Club collects and handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• The Club reserves the right to modify its services, facilities, or opening hours as needed.
   
• Terms and conditions may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and/or app.
