Membership Type: Off-Peak Membership – 6 Month Term
By signing up, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agree to the following terms and conditions of The Padel Club NZ Off-Peak Membership.
1. Membership Benefits
- The membership provides free court hire and eligible social sessions during off-peak hours, subject to availability.
- Off-peak hours are Monday–Friday until 4:00pm. Weekends, public holidays and peak-time sessions are excluded.
- Standard booking rates apply to all court bookings, socials, events, leagues and tournaments outside of off-peak hours.
- The membership covers the membership holder’s share of the court only. Other players are responsible for paying their applicable court fees.
- The membership is for the named membership holder only and is non-transferable.
2. Booking Conditions
- Members may use a maximum of 4 hours of padel per day, including court bookings, matches and eligible social sessions.
- Members may have a maximum of 15 active bookings at any one time.
- All bookings are subject to court availability and normal booking limits.
- Standard booking and cancellation policies apply.
- Racket hire, ball hire and coaching are not included and are charged at the applicable standard rates.
- Tournaments, leagues and other separately priced events are not included unless specifically stated.
3. No-Show Policy
We want to ensure courts remain available for all members and customers.
- If a member fails to attend a booked court, match or eligible social session without cancelling within the required cancellation timeframe, a strike will be recorded. (24hrs)
- After 3 no-shows, The Padel Club NZ reserves the right to charge the member for future missed bookings.
- The Padel Club NZ may also restrict or suspend booking privileges where there is repeated misuse of the membership or booking system.
4. Membership Term & Payment
- The membership has a minimum 6-month term.
- Membership fees are paid monthly via the nominated payment method.
- The membership cannot be paused, suspended or transferred during the membership term.
- The membership holder remains responsible for all membership payments throughout the minimum 6-month term, unless otherwise agreed by The Padel Club NZ or required by law.
5. General Conditions
- Members must comply with The Padel Club NZ's venue rules, booking policies and code of conduct at all times.
- Membership benefits are subject to availability and do not guarantee access to a particular court, time or session.
- The Padel Club NZ reserves the right to amend membership benefits, pricing, off-peak hours or these terms with reasonable notice.
- The Padel Club NZ reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership where these terms, venue rules or booking policies are breached.
- Membership benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or credited against other products or services.
