1. Booking & Payment
- The total cost of the 4-week court block is $184, payable in full upfront at the time of booking.
- Payment must be made by card.
- Account balances, credits or other account funds cannot be used to pay for the block booking.
- The booking is for the whole court, with a maximum of 4 players.
- The booking is for the same day and time each week for 4 consecutive weeks.
2. Off-Peak Conditions
- The 4-week block booking is valid for Monday and Tuesday off-peak hours only, before 4:00pm.
- The booking cannot be used at other times, on other days or for peak-time sessions.
- Racket and ball hire are not included and are available at the applicable standard rates.
3. Missed Sessions & Cancellations
- Missed sessions cannot be cancelled, refunded or rescheduled, including where a player is unable to attend due to:
- a change of plans;
- illness;
- injury; or
- any other personal circumstances.
- If The Padel Club NZ is required to close due to heavy rain or unsafe weather conditions, the affected session will be rescheduled.
- Sessions will not be rescheduled for any other reason.
- Block bookings cannot be paused, transferred or extended.
4. General Conditions
- All bookings are subject to The Padel Club NZ's general venue rules and booking policies.
- Players must comply with all venue rules and reasonable directions from The Padel Club NZ staff.
- The Padel Club NZ reserves the right to suspend or cancel a block booking where these terms, venue rules or booking policies are breached.
- Block bookings cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person or booking.
- The Padel Club NZ reserves the right to amend its booking policies or terms with reasonable notice where required.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I confirm that I have read and understood the above 4-Week Off-Peak Court Block Terms & Conditions, including the cancellation, weather, participation, safety and liability provisions, and agree to comply with them.
